The Process

Consultation & Design
We meet with you to understand your vision, space, and functional needs. We then develop detailed drawings and 3D renderings so you can see exactly what you're getting before fabrication begins.

Material Selection
From raw steel and stainless to copper, bronze, and mixed materials — we source premium metals and help you choose the right material, finish, and patina for your environment and aesthetic.

Fabrication
Every component is cut, formed, and welded in our workshop by hand. We combine modern precision cutting with traditional metalsmithing techniques to achieve results you won't find anywhere else.

Installation & Finish
Our team handles delivery and professional installation. We finish every surface — grinding, polishing, patinating, or painting — and do a final quality check before handing over your piece.

WeldDone was founded on a simple belief: metalwork should be as beautiful as it is functional. We're a boutique fabrication shop in Phoenix, AZ, specialising in custom architectural metalwork for residential and commercial clients across the greater Phoenix Valley.
We don't do cookie-cutter. Every project starts with a conversation, a hand sketch, and the question — what do you really want? From there, we work until the answer is standing in your space, exactly as you imagined it. We've built custom staircases, copper range hoods, gates, and furniture for homeowners and businesses in Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and beyond.
Our team brings together decades of experience in structural welding, artistic blacksmithing, copper work, and fine finishing — all under one roof in Phoenix, Arizona, all under one standard: excellent.
